My favorite salad dressing...ever. I wasn't able to fit the entire title in the subject, but this is Spinach Salad with Sesame Garlic Dressing. An unlikely flavor combo, but this one is a crowd-pleaser.

Part two of the menu for greenmama 's family dinner. Great on its own or with the Mango Ginger Tofu served on top. I didn't really think of combining them until my father (who was a guinea pig for this menu) poured his mango tofu over the noodles. It's really a very pleasing combo!
